Silent Snake Full of Love

Having lived long and much and many times,
I have run out of the need to be something or someone;
anything other than a kind, somewhat intelligent, somewhat wise,
loving and generous soul amongst many,
anchored in the Great Love, the Source,
a particle of the Great I Am –
always looking for That in you and you and you
and smiling at That in you and you and you,
to widen and deepen and awaken
that marvelous, mysterious, joyous
Presence in and amongst all of us.

I am and unfold, Silent Snake Full of Love,
gently undulating in my core, quietly
carrying the vibrations of the Great Silence
from which we spring, into the life
of all my loved ones, in and out of bodies,
bringing the unseen gift to all,
to be a quiet anchor for the ones who are still a bit lost,
offering the ground of being, a refuge and a constant,
ever changing reflection of the One Great Love.
